Nice to Have Skills & Experience * Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants to accelerate test development and improve maintainability. * Experience testing omni-channel retail or eCommerce workflows, including customer-facing and store-associate-facing systems. * Experience helping teams adopt new testing practices, tools, or automation standards across multiple product teams. ## Description We are seeking a Software Quality Engineer with strong test automation experience and prior hands-on experience applying AI-assisted testing practices. In this role, you will help validate global eCommerce experiences and retail associate tools while working with both our established Selenium-based automation framework and our next-generation AI-enabled testing platform. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, designers, and fellow Quality Engineers to design reliable, maintainable, risk-based tests that protect the customer experience at scale.
