12+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Talent Management.
Experience with Core HR integration.
Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
Experience working on 2 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Talent Management to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation for customer.
This is a remote opportunity with all business travel expenses covered for onsite visits to Irvine, CA, when required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management solutions.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules, including:
Performance Management
Goal Management
Talent Review
Succession Planning
Career Development
Talent Profiles & Competencies
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, CRP sessions, UAT, and Go-Live support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
Support data migration, integrations, reporting, and post-production stabilization.
