Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote. ## Description * Prepare Purchase Orders for the execution of Module repair and overhaul by International Product Support Providers (PSPs) * Process and track invoices for work performed to meet annual F135 Depot Induction and Production plan * Administer PSP subcontracts and manage Change Orders and the Annual Product Sustainment Support (PSS) contract update process from drafting of original Request for Proposal (RFP) through definitization * Manage the FAR required Fair and Reasonable assessment of PSP proposals * Track MRO and U financial performance and Estimates at Completion (EAC) and identify and report risks and opportunities to the cost aspects of assigned accounts * Perform data analytics to correlate MRO and U financial performance metrics, operational data, and customer requirements * Conduct contract year financial reconciliation with the PSPs to ensure final definitized cost and pricing data is executed * Manage the Subcontract Data Requirements Listing (SDRL) tracking, submission, and review processes * Prepare presentations and reports for monthly leadership business management reviews and quarterly Program Management Reviews with suppliers * Document Depot cost management procedures, maintain version control, and ensure compliance with company standards for data management * Design and execute automated reporting solutions incorporating program digital transformation resources, Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process.
