Advanced understanding of regulations and cGMPs/SOPs. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Also responsible for assisting with developing, revising, and implementing technical training tools, including documents and processes to support the overall operational training program. Assist in managing and reviewing the learning management systems used by operational personnel for training record maintenance. Ensure that new and existing operational personnel are proficient in skill sets required to perform cGMP laboratory work which includes working in a controlled laboratory environment., * Assist in developing technical training programs for new and existing employees which encompass basic through advanced technical skills.
