## About the Role

* The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and eager to learn while helping transform manual business processes into scalable digital solutions.
 * This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology. You'll partner with departments across Hudson Automotive Group to improve collaboration, automate repetitive processes, and build scalable Microsoft 365 solutions that make employees more productive.
 * Excellent organizational and communication skills.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities., * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint Online (Required).
 * Experience with SharePoint Online site administration.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Forms, Power BI, Lists, Teams, and OneDrive.
 * Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
 * Experience with Power Apps.
 * Basic understanding of SharePoint permissions and governance.
 * Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Power Platform certifications are a plus.

## Description

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining existing SharePoint sites, creating new collaboration sites, developing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, supporting Microsoft Forms, and assisting departments in improving efficiency through Microsoft 365 solutions.
