* Related Degree in business information technology or 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
 * Self-starter with the ability to pursue unique or strategic solutions.
 * Demonstrated troubleshooting technique.
 * Strong emphasis on communication skills, verbal and written, to both technical and non-technical users, and ability to communicate with any position within a company org chart (Executive to Frontline)
 * Client-focused with an ability to nurture relationships with teammates and those we serve.
 * Related CompTIA, ISC2, Microsoft, or Google certifications are desirable but not required.
 * Experience with Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, helpdesk operations, network operations, DevOps, and Cyber Security is desirable but not required.

## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile IT Systems Engineer to join our growing team at our office located in Kokomo, IN. This mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and values meaningful client and team relationships. This is an on-site position that offers the opportunity to work closely with team members, internal departments, and clients to solve technical challenges and deliver exceptional service. We're looking for a self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions., * Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering quality solutions.

 * Conduct research to find thoughtful and reliable solutions to complex technical problems.
 * Communicate with clients and users promptly, respectfully, and relevantly.
 * Document work in the ticket system quickly and with clear detail.
 * Create user guides and system configurations within the documentation management system.
 * Contribute ideas within teams to meet user needs strategically and efficiently.
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and train end-users to identify and communicate their needs.
 * Show willingness to learn new skills and stay committed to continuous improvement.
