## Description

The Chromebook Support Technician is an entry level position that supports student Chromebook devices. They will be required to perform the following:

 * Keep tech rooms clean and organized
 * Assist students, parents, and teachers with various Chromebook issues over the phone or in person.
 * Manage user accounts
 * Basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
 * Perform repairs on Chromebooks brought to the school
 * Use a ticketing system for accountability and customer service
 * Provide professional, courteous customer service
 * Maintain ongoing inventory and maintain organization of all records
 * Be cheerfully willing to work towards the better good of the school at times even when asked to assist with duties not in your regular work schedule
 * Attend all scheduled staff meetings and attend designated school functions outside of school hours if asked
 * Follow the GEO Foundation and school policies and procedures.
 * Perform other duties, as deemed appropriate
 * Dress professionally when on school grounds
