Desired Skills * Prior experience supporting Global Financial Crimes initiatives. * Experience driving enterprise Agile transformation efforts. * Familiarity with cross-portfolio delivery and governance processes. * Strong servant leadership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. * Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, and cross-functional technology teams. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support ongoing initiatives within Bank of America's Enterprise Risk & Finance Technology (ERFT) organization. This role will lead Agile delivery teams supporting Risk and Finance technology projects within the Global Financial Crimes portfolio. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, drive continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate has recent Bank of America experience, strong communication skills, and experience working across multiple Lines of Business in a large enterprise environment.
