## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 8 Years of related experience; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD
 * 5+ years experience with writing, maintaining, and/or owning interface requirements
 * Experience in systems engineering tools, such as DOORS, CAMEO.
 * Experience in configuration management and product lifecycle management tool(s).
 * Development of Interface Requirement Specifications (IRS) or Interface Control Documents (ICD)
 * Experience in technical documentation.
 * Active DoD Secret Clearance.
 * Ability to get and maintain an SAP clearance., * Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering approach.
 * Experience working in the defense industry or weapon system
 * Understanding of SSCMAN 91-710 Range Safety Compliance
 * Experience in developing an Operational Concept (OpsCon) document
 * Experience with large complex design and hardware integration efforts.
 * Experience in developing of Interface Requirement Specifications (IRS)
 * Experience in developing of Interface Control Documents (ICD)
 * Active Sentinel SAP clearance.

## Description

* Support system requirements development, management, analysis, and traceability, to translate customer requirements and CONOPS into systems requirements, and further allocate to lower-level requirements.
 * Assist with the generation and revision of executable system and subsystem requirements documents, interface documents, and test and verification documents.
 * Support systems engineering metrics and technical performance measurement tracking.
 * Support the preparation of system engineering materials during system reviews as needed.
 * Interface with inter-organizational management and external Customer to communicate technical briefing and program status.
 * Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraint
 * Performs functional analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into Hardware and Software specifications
