As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching the team in Scrum and Agile best practices, and driving hybrid Agile/waterfall program governance in partnership with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams. Your ability to build trust, foster a collaborative culture, and help navigate complex dependencies will be essential to team and program success.
