## Description

About the Role: Facilitate Agile processes for the DevOps & QA team, tracking metrics and removing impediments across CI/CD and testing initiatives., * Lead sprint planning, daily/weekly scrums, retrospectives, and backlog grooming using Jira.

 * Track velocity and open/closed ticket metrics; produce weekly and quarterly reports.
 * Coordinate task assignment with the SME and Product Owner; remove impediments.
