## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
 * 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering
 * Hands on experience working within an Cisco Catalyst network environment
 * Strong knowledge of routing and switching (LAN/WAN, VLANs), wireless technologies, and network security standards
 * Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), VLANs, and Cisco networking technologies
 * Highly self motivated and directed with attention to details, * Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

 * Cisco ASA: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Network engineering: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

 * CCNA (Preferred)

## Description

Insight Global is looking for a Network Engineer II to support a healthcare client located in Ohio. This candidate will be responsible for assisting with the campus network design, implementation, and ongoing support of network infrastructure hardware and software components. Approximately 30% of the time will be focused on network refresh projects. Responsibilities include:

 * Install, configure, and maintain campus wide wired and wireless network hardware and software
 * Assist with the evaluation and recommendation of technical solutions, ranging from local to enterprise wide deployments
 * Resolve network performance issues, manage network outages, and provide escalation support for technical teams
 * Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal IT teams to deliver projects and maintain system uptime
