The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software, and assisting users.Core duties will include resolving IT tickets, setting up new workstations, and managing software updates.

Responsibilities:

 * Diagnose and fix issues with laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
 * Install, configure, and update operating systems and office applications.
 * Set up accounts and help new employees get started with their equipment.
 * Log all service requests and solutions in a help desk ticketing system.
 * Send complex network or server problems to higher-level engineering teams.
