This position will report to the Senior Director, Product Integrity. In this position, the successful candidate will design and perform tests on perform electrical and electronics testing on Lindsay products, both in the laboratory as well as in the field (outdoor/farm), as well as evaluate results to make recommendations for product improvements., This is a full-time, Lindsay, Nebraska based position. 40 hrs./week and includes salaried employee benefits. Expected travel required: 20-30% to various test sites, locally and nationally., * The Team Lead, Test & Validation will be responsible for leading the test program development for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechatronics product groups * They will direct and/or execute test programs and analyze test results.
