 * Proficiency in Appian 21.x/22.x or higher versions.
 * Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills., * Appian Level 2 or Level 3 certification.
 * Experience in cloud deployments (AWS, Azure).
 * Prior experience working with financial services or large enterprise clients.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Appian applications.
 * Define technical standards, frameworks, and reusable components.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
 * Oversee development teams, ensuring adherence to Appian best practices.
 * Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Appian applications.
 * Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
 * Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
