Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting ERP platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar systems. * Working knowledge of VB.NET, C#, or other object-oriented programming languages. * Experience developing scripts or automations using PowerShell, Python, or related technologies. * Background supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology-based organizations. * Understanding of application lifecycle management and software release processes. ## Description We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to play a key role in supporting and enhancing critical business applications. This position is responsible for ensuring system availability, responding to application-related issues, and working across teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
