## About the Role

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Security Clearance Type:
TS/SCI without Polygraph, * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of relevant software engineering experience

 * Experience developing software using C++ and Python.
 * The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

 * Experience developing software using Java.
 * Knowledge of Agile software development.
 * Experience with tools such as Confluence, Eclipse, Jira, and Git.

## Description

In this role, you will be joining a talented team of software engineers who are designing and developing a reusable software foundation to build satellite command and control software. This position is an onsite role in Aurora, CO

What You Will Do

 * Design, develop, deploy, and maintain reusable ground system software.
 * Work with a team of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.

What You Will Learn

 * Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques.
 * Software lifecycle practices for defense projects.
