This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions to support efficient operations and information exchange., * Design, develop, and implement integration solutions to connect disparate systems enabling data flow and interoperability across the university's IT ecosystem using our Integration Platform as a Service(iPaaS) technologies. * Research and leverage 3rd party application programming interfaces (APIs) to facilitate communication and data exchange between different systems, ensuring security and efficiency in data transmission. * Analyze data structures, perform data mapping, and define transformation rules to ensure data consistency and integrity during integration processes. * Collaborate with OIT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to design integrations that align with the university's strategic goals and support scalability and flexibility. * Identify and resolve integration issues, conduct troubleshooting, and provide technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of integrated systems. * Create comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices.
