Interact appropriately with clients to assist with the installation, configuration, training, operation, customization, and troubleshooting of the Business Intelligence and Reporting. 3. Knowledge of ETL , Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence tools, technologies, architecture in order to support the development of client reports, dashboard and interfaces. 4. Install, configure, upgrade and tune Business Intelligence and ETL software to ensure that the tools functions optimally. 5. Create adequate documentation of interfaces, reports and applications. 6.
