You will be a valued member of our **ServiceNow Experience Design** team and work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that enhance the employee and customer experience. In this role, you will: + Lead user research, discovery workshops, and stakeholder engagements to understand user needs, business objectives, and experience challenges. + Define and communicate UX strategy, design vision, and experience principles that align with client goals and digital transformation initiatives. + Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs that deliver seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms. + Partner closely with development teams to ensure design solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with ServiceNow best practices. + Analyze user feedback, usability findings, and performance metrics to continuously improve experiences and drive adoption. + Facilitate design workshops and present recommendations to business stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership. + Serve as a design lead on client engagements, providing mentorship and guidance to designers and project team members. + Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution strategy discussions, and thought leadership initiatives as a UX/UI subject matter expert.
