Preferred Qualifications * Hands-on experience with common MES or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Siemens, Rockwell, or similar). * Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). * Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, lean principles, and production planning concepts. * Experience supporting high-mix, low-volume or complex manufacturing environments. * Scripting or automation experience (Python, VBA, etc.).
