Comfortable in operating in a "start-up" mentality company. * Knowledge - Understanding of biopharma product portfolios, contracts and pricing, and compliance tracking and reporting. * Communication - Clear and concise oral and written communication; ability to motivate and align stakeholders through data driven storytelling. * Collaboration - Ability to work cross functionally and at all levels of the organization, building strong relationships with U.S. and global partners. * Leadership - Ability to own analytic workstreams, prioritize resources, and articulate strategic and tactical recommendations to leadership. * Entrepreneurial - Able to balance standard operations with innovative ideas to support Celltrion business goals; comfortable improving and creating new processes where needed. * Adaptability - Comfortable operating in a "startup" mentality environment, working with evolving processes, ambiguity, and rapid growth. ## Description Reporting to the Group Vice President of Sales, the Business Analytics Manager (Contractor) is responsible for day to day sales performance reporting, forecasting support, and field force analytics to enable the U.S. Sales organization.
