 + Extensive experience helps ensure credible leadership in managing high-stakes utility relationships and innovative power delivery strategies

## Description

+ Manage relationships with a subset of utilities, navigates large-load tariffs, and oversees interconnection agreements and power delivery timelines.

 + Be the primary interface with Economic Development teams with target utilities. Work with all other functions in partner utilities, including transmission & substation teams, Capacity Planning, Government Affairs, and executive management.

 + Actively manage the complete utility relationship for active data center development projects on RD sites.

 + Lead origination and structuring of long-term PPAs and supervise regulatory interface for large load projects.

 + Build a list of target utilities that meet criteria for successful partnership in RTOs/ISOs complimentary to RD data center development criteria

 + Help develop the plan to deliver data center development sites according to the Site Selection team's goals.

 + Advise on alternative power delivery strategies that accelerate time-to-power with utilities at targeted development sites.

 + Provide information and updates on about regulatory and governmental affairs news in the utility industry., + Senior Utility Account Manager or Energy/Supply Contracts Director (with investor-owned utility, RTO/ISO, or large energy user)

 + Director of Energy Procurement/Origination at a Fortune 500 or hyperscale data center developer

 + Regulatory Affairs Director or PUC Liaison at major electric utility or competitive energy supplier

 + Business or Economic Development Executive in wholesale power markets, with deep tariff negotiation and executive utility contacts
