## Description

En tant que Collaborateur Support IT, vous êtes le point de contact central de nos clients. Vous veillez à ce que leurs problèmes informatiques disparaissent comme neige au soleil.
Vos responsabilités :

 * Premiers secours informatiques : Vous assistez les clients par téléphone, par e-mail et via d'autres canaux pour répondre à leurs questions techniques.
 * Analyse & résolution : Vous plongez au cœur des problématiques (notamment Windows et SQL) et résolvez les incidents de manière efficace.
 * Gestion des connaissances : Vous documentez vos actions avec précision afin que votre équipe et le client puissent trouver une solution encore plus rapidement la fois suivante.
 * Travail d'équipe : Vous collaborez avec les autres départements pour résoudre les problèmes persistants de manière structurelle.
 * Optimisation : Vous réfléchissez de manière proactive à la façon dont notre support peut devenir encore plus performant et intelligent.
