 * Erfahrung mit AI-Coding-Tools wie GitHub Copilot, Codex oder Claude sowie Interesse, deren Einsatz im Entwicklungsprozess aktiv voranzutreiben
 * Idealerweise Know-how in Cloud- und Hybrid-Architekturen, idealerweise mit Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry oder IBM watsonx

* Konzeption und Entwicklung von skalierbaren Softwarelösungen im Fullstack-Bereich
 * Design, Implementierung und Betrieb von KI-basierten Anwendungen (z. B. RAG-Systeme, agentische Workflows)
 * Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in technische Architekturen sowie Deployment-Strategien
 * Integration von KI-Services und Modellen in bestehende Systeme und IT-Landschaften (inkl. APIs und Datenpipelines)
