 * Your strong affinity for IT, combined with solid technical skills, enables you to advise customers effectively and quickly understand technical requirements.
 * You communicate confidently in both German and English and impress with your professional, customer-oriented demeanor.
 * With a solution-oriented mindset, structured approach, and ability to keep the big picture in view, you help drive projects toward successful completion.
 * You are a reliable team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, and you take charge of your tasks without hesitation.
 * You bring strong intercultural competence and are comfortable traveling internationally (approximately 40% of your working time).

## Description

You will become part of an experienced and dedicated project team and support the implementation and commissioning of our warehouse logistics software WAMAS® at international customers from a wide range of industries.

 * Analyze, define, and optimize customers' intralogistics processes.
 * Support and manage projects throughout the entire IT project lifecycle.
 * Configure and model processes within our intralogistics software solutions.
 * Create IT specifications, user documentation, and training materials.
 * Test the software both in-house and during on-site implementations.
 * Support the commissioning of IT solutions and accompany the go-live directly at the customer's site.
 * Conduct workshops and training sessions for various target groups - both remotely and on-site.
