You should have strong analytical skills, deep platform expertise, and the ability to lead teams while collaborating across business functions. * 5+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership or director-level position. * Proven track record scaling mobile games profitably in Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 markets with strong ROAS discipline. * Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Universal App Campaigns, including campaign structures, bidding strategies, optimization frameworks, and creative testing. * Strong understanding of LTV modeling, cohort analysis, attribution, and data-driven acquisition decisions. * Experience managing, mentoring, or developing UA specialists and providing strategic direction. * Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar solutions. * Ability to communicate complex UA strategies clearly to cross-functional stakeholders including product, finance, and leadership teams. * Strong problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset focused on profitable growth. * Experience with DSPs, programmatic advertising, or AI-powered creative production workflows is a plus. * Exposure to multiple app categories beyond gaming is valued. * Experience working with gaming markets such as South Korea, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, MENA, or similar regions is a plus. ## Description This role offers the opportunity to lead the growth strategy for a successful mobile gaming portfolio while owning the systems that drive profitable user acquisition at scale. Accountabilities As the Director of Mobile Games User Acquisition, you will lead paid growth initiatives, manage acquisition investments, and develop strategies that maximize profitability across mobile gaming products.
