In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unsere vielfältigen Kunden bei technischen Herausforderungen. Ob per Hotline oder direkt vor Ort - du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Probleme. Durch den direkten Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen IT-Umgebungen und Technologien wird dein Arbeitsalltag abwechslungsreich und spannend. Du sammelst wertvolle Erfahrungen und trägst dazu bei, die IT-Systeme unserer Kunden reibungslos am Laufen zu halten., * Zentrale Anlaufstelle für IT-technische Anliegen und Störungen

 * Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Störungen über E-Mail, Ticketsystem und im direkten Austausch mit Kunden
 * Fundierte Fehleranalyse sowie sorgfältige Dokumentation von Supportfällen im Ticketsystem
 * Enger Austausch mit Experten und Teams, um komplexe Herausforderungen gemeinsam zu lösen
 * Installation und Betreuung von Hardware (Laptops, Drucker, Bildschirme etc.) und Software
