* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
 * Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration

 * Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung, Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als IT-Spezialist (m/w/d) - Support & Digitalisierung beträgt 3.888,53 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

## Description

* 1st-Level-Support für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen sowie Betreuung des laufenden IT-Tagesgeschäfts
 * Administration und Betreuung unserer Hard- und Software sowie Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten
 * Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung interner Abläufe und Prozesse
 * Verantwortung für digitale Anwendungen und Systeme (z. B. Microsoft Teams, Infoscreens und weitere interne Tools)
 * Unterstützung unserer Schwesterfirmen sowie regelmäßige Dienstreisen innerhalb Oberösterreichs
