Als (Senior) Expert Facility Management & Environment, Health & Safety übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastruktur-, Sicherheits- und Nachhaltigkeitsstandards. Mit deinem Know-how trägst du dazu bei, moderne, effiziente und sichere Arbeitsumgebungen zu schaffen.

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:
Facility:

 * Betreuung und Instandhaltung unserer Gebäude und technischen Anlagen
 * Koordination und Überwachung externer Dienstleister (Reinigung, Wartung, Sicherheit etc.)
 * Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften
 * Organisation und Dokumentation von Prüfungen (z. B. Brandschutz, Aufzüge, Elektroanlagen)
 * Unterstützung bei Umzügen, Umbauten und internen Services
 * Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, insbesondere im Umgang mit Zeitplänen, Budgets und Ressourcen
 * Selbständige Umsetzung von kleineren Umbauprojekten
 * Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit an wechselnde Projektanforderungen

EHS:

 * Wirksamkeitskontrolle und Einhaltung der Überprüfungstermine in der EHS-Datenbank (Quentic)
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von EHS-Richtlinien und Prozessen
