## Description

* Planung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung moderner Digital-Workplace-Infrastrukturen (Cloud & On-Premises)
 * Betreuung der Microsoft 365 Plattform mit Fokus auf Intune, Azure AD, AVD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams und OneDrive
 * Verwaltung und Absicherung von Endpoints mit Microsoft Defender for Endpoint und SentinelOne
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Sicherheits- und Gerätestandards (z. B. Compliance, App Deployment, Autopilot)
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen im 2nd und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern, Partnern (z. B. Microsoft, SentinelOne) sowie Kolleg:innen innerhalb der ACP Gruppe
