Experience working in Linux environments. Familiarity with Docker and WSL tools. Solid knowledge of web technologies: React, Express, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and basic understanding of databases. Ability to step into web-related development when needed. Experience with version control systems (preferably Git or GitLab). Must-Have Profile Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Software, Electronics, Industrial, etc.). At least 3 years of experience in software development with C++ and/or Linux. Prior experience in technical leadership or team management. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Good organizational skills, autonomy, and persistence. Ability to quickly ramp up on new topics. Nice to Have Familiarity with ERTMS Level 2 railway systems is a strong asset. Background in critical systems such as railway signaling, automotive, aerospace, or avionics.
