Environnement international, collaboratif et structurant

 - Excellente maîtrise de la solution IVALUA (indispensable)
 - Expérience confirmée en support fonctionnel et/ou gestion de projets IT
 - Capacité à intervenir rapidement en autonomie sur une plateforme en production
 - Aisance avec les outils collaboratifs (Teams, SharePoint?)
 - Connaissances en SQL ?
 - Anglais courant (environnement international)

## Description

Assurer le support fonctionnel IVALUA sur les modules Source-to-Contract et SRM auprès des utilisateurs, principalement en Inde et au Brésil

 - Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des outils et résoudre les incidents fonctionnels
 - Participer aux recettes et tests de non-régression lors des évolutions de la plateforme
 - Contribuer à l'amélioration continue :
 - recommandations sur les bonnes pratiques
 - accompagnement sur les fonctionnalités avancées (enchères inversées, usages IA?)
 - Assurer la coordination avec :
 - l'administrateur IVALUA du groupe (DSI)
 - les key users internationaux
 - Gérer, si nécessaire, les échanges avec :
 - l'éditeur IVALUA
 - l'intégrateur DURVAH
