## About the Role

* Expert confirmé en Incident Response / CSIRT / CERT, avec une forte légitimité technique
 * Expérience avérée en forensic et investigation avancée
 * Capacité à prendre le lead technique d'une équipe, sans management hiérarchique lourd
 * À l'aise dans un environnement international, anglais professionnel requis
 * Curiosité, rigueur, sens de la transmission et goût pour les environnements complexes

 * Formation : Bac+5 en ingénierie informatique généraliste ou spécialisée sécurité
 * Expérience : Minimum 4 ans en Incident Handling, Forensic et/ou Reverse Engineering (expertise Digital Forensic appréciée)
 * Langues : Français et anglais niveau B2 minimum

## Description

Votre mission : être le référent technique de la réponse à incident chez Michelin, Au sein du CERT Michelin, équipe cyberdéfense internationale du Groupe, vous êtes le leader technique de la Blue Team Incident Response.

Votre rôle : faire monter le niveau d'expertise, piloter les réponses aux incidents majeurs et structurer durablement les capacités de détection et d'investigation du Groupe.

Ici, pas un rôle de coordination "théorique" : vous êtes au cœur de la technique, reconnu comme expert et point d'appui par les analystes comme par les architectes sécurité, Leadership technique & expertise

 * Référent technique sur les domaines clés : Incident Response, forensic, EDR/EPP, Active Directory / Entra ID, SIEM
 * Encadrement technique et montée en compétences des analystes (France & international)
 * Animation de sessions techniques, revues d'incidents, partage de bonnes pratiques

Gestion des incidents et des crises cyber

 * Pilotage des réponses aux incidents critiques et situations de crise
 * Investigations avancées (forensic, RCA)
 * Coordination des actions de remédiation et sécurisation long terme

Amélioration continue & vision stratégique

 * Renforcement des capacités de détection (SOC, SIEM, EDR, SOAR)
 * Contribution à la définition des politiques de sécurité avec les équipes d'architecture
 * Veille active sur les menaces, échanges réguliers avec la Red Team et les communautés externes
