## About the Role

De formation BAC+ 4/5 (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, d'Ingénieur ou Université), vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en qualité de consultant(e) SAP Supply Chain.
Vos compétences sont les suivantes :

 - SAP avec connaissance d'un ou plusieurs des modules Supply Chain : MM - PP
 - Une certification S4/HANA serait un plus
 - Une bonne maîtrise du français (C2) et de l'anglais (B2 oral et écrit)
Vous avez :

 - Une capacité à vous adapter aux nouveaux flux et processus de travail
 - Une capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et d'écoute
 - Un sens du service et un bon relationnel client

## Description

Rejoindre notre communauté SAP composée de plus d'un millier d'experts, c'est accompagner les métiers de nos clients dans leurs évolutions et participer au déploiement et à la maintenance de leur solution SAP ECC ou S/4Hana.
Nos équipes paloises accompagnent nos clients dans la mise en œuvre de projets stratégiques. Elles interviennent aussi bien en amont dans le cadre de missions de conseil sur la partie développement, que sur les phases d'intégration et de maintenance de solutions.
Fonctions et responsabilités
Support fonctionnel :

 - Traiter les incidents
 - Qualifier les demandes
 - Assurer le support aux Key Users
 - Rédiger la documentation
 - Contribuer à l'amélioration continue
 - Générer des KPI
