Vos missions seront les suivantes : - piloter les activités des développeurs de la squad - Garantir le déploiement des bonnes pratiques du programme au sein de la squad - Cadrer techniquement les features et US des incréments - Participer aux cérémonies impliquant les tech leads de squad (PI Planning, points techniques, etc.) - Gérer la dette technique du patrimoine applicatif de la squad
