## Description

* Analyse und Behebung von Applikationsfehlern im Umfeld von Nachrichtenübertragungen
 * Auswertung von Logs, Monitoring-Daten und Systemmeldungen
 * Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Tickets, z. B. bei Firmware-Fehlern
 * Begleitung von Lasttests, Firmware-Updates und technischen Prüfungen
 * Einrichtung und Aktualisierung von SSL-Zertifikaten und Sicherheitsprotokollen
 * Strukturierte Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpersonen
