## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Erste Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System sind von Vorteil - ob Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, ProAlpha oder ein anderes System, spielt für uns dabei keine entscheidende Rolle.
 * Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis zeichnen dich aus.
 * Du hast Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse, beispielsweise in Einkauf, Verkauf, Lager, Produktion, Finanzbuchhaltung oder Controlling.
 * Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest prozessorientiert und findest gerne praktikable Lösungen.
 * Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke und einen serviceorientierten Umgang mit Anwendern.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
 * Grundkenntnisse in SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Schnittstellen oder AL-Entwicklung sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

 * On-site, * Du betreust und administrierst Microsoft Dynamics Business Central im laufenden Betrieb.
 * Du unterstützt unsere Anwender bei fachlichen und technischen Fragen und bearbeitest Störungen im First- und Second-Level-Support.
 * Die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen ERP-Betriebs liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
 * Du koordinierst Updates, Tests, Fehlerbehebungen und die Einführung neuer Funktionen.
 * Gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen analysierst du bestehende Prozesse und bringst eigene Ideen für Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekte ein.
 * Schulungen und Einweisungen für unsere Mitarbeitenden gehören ebenso zu deinem Arbeitsalltag wie die Unterstützung bei der Anwendung des Systems.
 * Darüber hinaus arbeitest du eng mit externen Partnern zusammen und begleitest die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer ERP-Landschaft.
