 * Koordination, Betreuung und Auftragsüberwachung ext. IT-Dienstleister
 * Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Ausgabe der IT-Ausstattung für Mitarbeiter (Installation SW, HW-Bereitstellung)
 * Unterstützung der Anwender im Tagesgeschäft (Betriebssystem und Applikationen)
 * Mitwirkung bei Erstellung von IT-Konzepten für Geschäftsprozesse
