 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse & gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

## Description

* Du übernimmst die Koordination und fachlich-operative Führung von IT-Supportern sowie IT-Service-Coordinators innerhalb eines definierten Verantwortungsbereich.
 * Dabei handelst du im Auftrag des Head of IT Management und sorgst für die Umsetzung definierter Prioritäten, Standards, Prozesse und Qualitätsanforderungen.
 * Zudem stellst du die Umsetzung vereinbarter ITSM-Standards, Arbeitsweisen, Qualitätsanforderungen und Eskalationswege im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich sicher.
