 * Linux-Server: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Linux-Distributionen (z. B. Debian, Ubuntu, Red Hat), Bash-Scripting sowie gängigen Netzwerk-Grunddiensten (DNS, DHCP, SSH).
 * Windows-Clients: Solides Know-how in Windows 10/11, Client-Support und systematischer Hardware-Fehlersuche (inkl. Anbindung von Laborgeräten).
 * Netzwerk & Backup: Praxisnahe Grundlagen in VLANs, Firewalls und modernen Backup-/Recovery-Systemen.
 * Methoden & Tools: Erste Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (z. B. Proxmox, VMware), Automatisierung (z. B. Ansible) sowie Ticket- und Dokumentationssystemen (z. B. Jira, Confluence) ist von Vorteil.
 * Arbeitsweise & Sprachen: Selbstständige, strukturierte Troubleshooting-Mentalität sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation im internationalen Forschungsumfeld.
