## Description

* Aufbau, Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams im Bereich SAP HCM mit Fokus auf Abrechnung/Payroll
 * Fachliche und teilweise disziplinarische Verantwortung für interne SAP HCM Consultants
 * Leitung und Steuerung komplexer Projekte im SAP HCM Umfeld mit dem Schwerpunkt Payroll/Abrechnungsprozesse
 * Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs, insbesondere in Hinblick auf Cloud-Technologien und Schnittstellenintegration
 * Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder sowie Entscheidungsträger
