* 7+ Jahre Erfahrung in Produktionssoftware, davon mehrere Jahre als Architekt:in oder Tech Lead
 * 2+ Jahre Erfahrung mit LLM-/RAG-Systemen im Produktivbetrieb
 * Erfahrung mit Integrationsarchitektur in heterogenen SaaS-Landschaften (API-Gateways, Auth, Datenzugriff)
 * Sicherer Umgang mit agentischem Tooling, z. B. Claude Code oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen
 * Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (mindestens B2)
 * Freude daran, Standards in einer gewachsenen, dezentralen Organisation über Überzeugung statt Weisung durchzusetzen
