Priorisierung von IT-Störungen basierend auf Dringlichkeit und betrieblicher Relevanz
Planung und Umsetzung der Bereitstellung neuer IT-Hardware
Installation und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen entsprechend den Nutzeranforderungen
Anwenderbetreuung bei Fragen rund um Software, Hardware und IT-Prozesse
Regelmäßige Wartung und Funktionsprüfung von Hardwarekomponenten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
