 * Erfahrung in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)/ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) oder Branchenlösungen, wie Nevaris/ Megabau
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Freude daran, Kundenprozesse zu verstehen und mit moderner Cloud-ERP-Software nachhaltig zu verbessern
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+) und gutes Englisch (B2 oder besser)
 * Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - du moderierst Workshops souverän und präsentierst überzeugend
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Wünschenswert ist:

 * Beratungserfahrung (klassisch oder als Key-User / Inhouse-Consultant)
 * Du hast Erfahrungen in der Baubranche

 * Du berätst fachkundig unsere Kunden bei Nutzung und Einsatz von Business Central
 * Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
 * Du führst Analysen von Kundenprozessen und -anforderungen durch
 * Du erstellst Konzepte im Rahmen der Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365 BC und Dynamics NAV
 * Du gestaltest effiziente Strukturen und Prozesse, sowie realisierst Verbesserungspotential
 * Du testest Programmfunktionalitäten inklusive qualifizierter Dokumentationen
