* Successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification, preferably in an electrical engineering profession
 * Excellent consulting skills for technical support
 * Experience in supporting design-ins
 * Good knowledge of customers, markets, and competitors
 * Confident use of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills
 * High level of initiative, flexibility, and organizational strength
 * Fluent in German and proficient in English
 * Experience in an international corporate environment and the associated processes and structures

## Description

* Support the sales team with technical customer inquiries across the entire HARTING portfolio as second and third level support, including design-in support
 * Identify customer-specific solutions and hand them over to the relevant department
 * Maintain and provide a knowledge database for technical support to increase efficiency
 * Support and participate in HARTING sales events with customers
 * Coordinate technical complaints internally and externally in collaboration with adjacent departments
 * Conduct regional competitor analysis
 * Support change and discontinuation processes
 * Organize and conduct internal technical training sessions
