## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience.
 * Experience across multiple technologies and complex, large-scale, cross-functional project, production, or service delivery and client support.
 * Background supporting product areas such as storage, standard voice, voice recording, network, rack & stack, and cabling management.
 * Working understanding of AI and cloud technologies.
 * Ability to maintain inventories and complete control checks accurately and on time.
 * Strong customer focus and commitment to improving employee experience., * Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting.
 * Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments.
 * Exposure to trader voice systems.

## Description

* Comply with service delivery and technology policies, standards, and procedures.
 * Meet SLAs across Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
 * Perform due diligence on all changes impacting the location, reviewing details for potential impacts.
 * Execute and enforce key processes, including Asset Management and Media Management.
 * Maintain Technology Rooms and all spaces in a secure, orderly condition.
 * Escalate issues promptly to Technology Leads and relevant service owners.
 * Partner with peers across locations on troubleshooting and cross-location initiatives.
 * Deliver the Vulnerability Management lifecycle, including identification, reporting, and remediation.
 * Support Technology Leads in improving productivity, cost effectiveness, and value.
 * Provide problem management support for recurring incidents, ensuring root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
 * Deliver high-quality end-user support with professionalism and clear communication.
