We are looking for a talented engineer to be part of IT support team delivering support to engineers and wider business, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and business-critical systems. Your primary role would be to maintain a reliable IT environment and act as a bridge between project and business units via the JIRA Service Desk. This area of the business provides ISO27001:2022 aligned IT support at scale. Collaborating with engineers to create, maintain and deliver secure, mission critical systems.
