## About the Role

* 3+ years' experience in a DevOps role, ideally within a security-focused or highly regulated environment.
 * Strong Azure expertise, including the design, deployment and management of cloud infrastructure.
 * Proven experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins and GitLab CI.
 * Experience designing and managing complex Microsoft-based infrastructure environments.
 * Hands-on knowledge of containerisation and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Solid understanding of networking, infrastructure security and Windows/Linux system administration.
 * Experience implementing GitOps principles and modern deployment strategies.
 * Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies and best practices.
 * Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash and/or Python to automate operational tasks.
 * Excellent troubleshooting, communication and technical documentation skills.

Desirable:-

 * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
 * Professional certifications in Cloud technologies and/or DevOps practices (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes).
 * Full UK driving licence.

 * ITIL Operations - Manage incidents, requests and problem resolution across theDevOps and application stack.
