## About the Role

* Proven experience in UX/UI Design within an ecommerce or D2C environment
 * Strong Shopify experience, including theme customisation and site optimisation
 * Demonstrable success improving commercial KPIs through UX and CRO initiatives
 * Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
 * Strong understanding of customer journey optimisation and conversion funnels
 * Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
 * Experience using GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics tools
 * Mobile-first design mindset
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Desirable experience includes subscription ecommerce, Shopify Liquid, HTML/CSS, accessibility best practice and experience supporting international ecommerce markets.

* Owning the UX/UI experience across multiple Shopify stores
 * Improving conversion rates through data-led design decisions
 * Building and managing an A/B testing and experimentation roadmap
 * Designing and optimising landing pages for paid media campaigns
 * Analysing customer behaviour using heatmaps, session recordings and analytics tools
 * Collaborating with marketing and development teams to deliver UX enhancements
 * Creating and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries
 * Monitoring performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations
